What is Avolt?

Avolt is a Swedish based design studio that develops, designs and markets objects that extend electricity to devices, deploying Scandinavian design for homes, offices, retail environments and public spaces.

Where are Avolt products made?

Our Square 1 and 2 collections are designed and engineered in Sweden and produced in China.

Avolt products can be bought both offline and online.

Offline: For shopping offline you can find Avolt Square 1 and 2 at selected retailers across all major cities in Europe such as Berlin, Brüssels, Barcelona, Munich, Milano, and Paris. Some of our current retailers are, HAGES, Norrmalms Elektriska & Länna Möbler.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom in Stockholm. E-mail help@avolt.com to make an appointment.

How long is the cable on Square 1?

The length of the Square 1 cable is 1,8 meters.

Can I order Square 1 in longer cable?

We offer the Square 1 with 3 meter cable.

What kind of electrical standard does Square 1 come with?

Square 1 comes with the Type F standard (F-type socket) witch is standard for all country’s in Europe except for UK and Switzerland. The Square 1 is also compatible in France, Polen and Belgium even though E-plug is the electrical standard. Square 1 is certified with CE, S-mark and ROHS.

Orders & Payment
I didn't get any order confirmation. What do I do?

If you placed an order in our web-shop and didn’t get any order confirmation, please start by checking your spam-folder but if you still can’t find it just email us at help@avolt.com

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We might be able to cancel or change your order but please note that all orders are processed automatically to our logistics team. If you want to change or cancel your order send an email to help@avolt.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

How do I pay for my order?

When you visit Avolt.com and get to the checkout you will have various payment methods depending on what country you order from.

I have a discount code; how do I use it?

If you have a discount code, you can use it by ticking the box “I have a discount code” at checkout.
