I love the Avolt Square 1; not as bulky as other competitors, with a sleek design.

At first I've bought one for myself, than - one for husband, one for daughter. This month- for my boss and my mym. It's useful, beautifull and simple.

The deep burgundy red color is beautiful, and the design of the cube is genius. Perfect for our cluttered living room corner.

Smart design and very practical. So much more eye appeal compared to traditional varieties. Ordered and delivered super fast.

Nicely made product and very versatile. Matte black is a very nice finish option.

These Avolt squares are not cheap, but worth it. They look way better as a powerstrip, and are more compact. The build quality is solid and the finish is well done. The colors of these kubes are unique and as advertised. The build in USB chargers are also a plus, so you can directly plug-in your phone or other devices to charge them (or USB lights from IKEA for example). I most likely will also order a new one with USB-C as well. Can't say anything about durability yet, as i am using them for a couple of days now. On one side there is a strong magnet which is rubberized around the edges so you can attach them to any metal object. And for non metal object there is a metal circled plate included with a 3M sticky layer which can be attached to a wall or wooden desk for example, to hold it in place. I can highly recommend this if you like the design and have the money available to spend on it.

I also checked if the build-in charger consumes any electricity when nothing is plugged in (hidden power consumption), but at least it's below 1 watt (i couldn't measure anything lower so). That shouldn't be an issue. Maybe Avolt can say anything about this, couldn't find it in the specs.
