Shipping and returns
All our orders are shipped from our state-of-the-art warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. We strive to deliver all orders fast and with regards to the environment.
What delivery terms do you have for EU countries?
We offer free shipping in EU for all orders over 50€. Within he EU Vat and duties are included in the final price of the order. For orders for less then 50€ shipment cost will be added at checkout.
What delivery terms do you have for Norway?
For shipping to Norway the receiver of the order pays toll before collecting the parcel from the local post office.
What delivery terms do you have for other countries?
If you would like to make an order to a country outside of the EU or Norway just contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out.
When will I receive my order?
When your order leaves the warehouse, you’ll automatically receive a shipment notification with a tracking number. Standard time for shipments is 2-5 business days.
Can I change my delivery adress after placing the order?
You might be able to change the delivery address on your order, please send us an email to email@example.com as soon as you can. All our orders are processed automatically to our warehouse and we can’t guarantee that we are able to update the address before the order leaves the warehouse.
I Want to return my order or parts of my order. What do I do?
Our policy is that you are welcome to return the products to us within 14 days from receiving the order. The package of the product need to be unbroken (the plastic sealing aren't allowed to be torn) and you have to arrange with the return and pay for the freight yourself. We will also deduct 7€ for handling the return. We do not have any possibilitie to refund the initial shipping cost for your order.

I received the wrong order. What do I do?

I received a faulty item. What do I do?
First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience! If you received a faulty product contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org provide picture/s and a clear explanation of what’s faulty and we’ll help you out straight away.
Bounced order / Return to sender
If you don't collect your shipment or decline to receive it we will deduct 15€ from the order when it's returned back to our warehouse.
