Shipping and returns

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Värnamo (Sweden). Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days following the day the order was placed. Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order.  

What delivery terms do you have inside the European Union?

We offer free shipping in the European Union for all orders over 99 €. Within the European Union VAT and duties are included in the final price of the order. For orders for less than 99 € shipment cost will be added at checkout.  

What delivery terms do you have for the UK?
For the United Kingdom, AVOLT AB is registered for VAT, meaning that we collect and charge VAT at checkout for all orders.
  • Orders under £135: VAT is charged at checkout, and no additional customs duties or taxes are required upon delivery.
  • Orders over £135: We ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning that all import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are included in the total order amount. This ensures a seamless delivery experience, with no additional costs for the recipient.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over £99. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
What delivery terms do you have for Norway and countries outside of the European Union?

The receiver of an order outside of the European Union pays customs before collecting the parcel from DHL/UPS/FedEx or the local post office. For Norway, all customs and import duties are included in the total amount of the order. Azores, Madeira, and Porto Santo (Portugal) are subject to customs regulations, and the receiver of the order pays customs before collecting the parcel from DHL or the local post office. Canary Islands (Spain) are subject to customs regulations, and the receiver of the order pays customs before collecting the parcel from DHL or the local post office.

For Switzerland, all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the total amount of the order. This is in accordance with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping terms, meaning that the receiver does not need to pay additional fees upon receiving the order.

For South Korea, shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, meaning the receiver is responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and VAT upon receiving the order. In addition, the recipient is often required to provide their personal identification number, known as the Resident Registration Number (RRN), to facilitate customs clearance.

What delivery terms do you have for other countries?

If you would like to make an order to a country outside of the EU, just contact us at help@avolt.com and we’ll help you out.

When will I receive my order?

When your order leaves the warehouse, you’ll automatically receive a shipment notification with a tracking number. Standard time for shipments is 3-8 business days.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

We might be able to change the delivery address on your order. Please send us an email to help@avolt.com as soon as you can. All our orders are processed automatically to our warehouse and we can’t guarantee that we are able to update the address before the order leaves the warehouse.

I Want to return my order or parts of my order. What do I do?

You are welcome to return your products within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original product box.

  • We carefully inspect each returned product before approving a refund.

  • Refunds will only be issued for products that are unused and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please email us at help@avolt.com to confirm your return request before sending any products back.

Return Shipping:

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label.

  • A fee of €10 for the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:
  • If you return the entire order, we will refund the product price and the standard shipping cost you originally paid.
  • If you return only part of your order, we will refund only the returned products (original shipping cost is not refunded).
  • Return shipping must always be arranged via the return label provided by AVOLT.
I received the wrong order. What do I do?

I received a faulty item or placed the wrong order. What do I do?

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience! If you received a faulty product contact us at help@avolt.com provide a picture/s and a clear explanation of what’s faulty and we’ll help you out straight away. 

Bounced order / Return to sender

If you don't collect your shipment or decline to receive it we will deduct 15€ from the order when it's returned back to our warehouse.
