We’d been looking for an extension lead that would match the aesthetic of the room. This is perfect, looks great and no issues with functionality.

Avolt has taken something as ordinary as a plug extension and transformed it into a statement of design. Packaged with the same level of care and presentation you’d expect from Apple, the product immediately conveys a sense of premium quality.

The unit itself is sleek, understated, and elegant. I chose the black finish, which pairs perfectly with a silver-and-black MacBook Pro setup. It looks just as good on a desk as it does tucked neatly on the floor, though its pristine finish makes you want to treat it with the same care as any high-end accessory.

One standout feature is the integrated magnet. It’s impressively strong — perhaps stronger than expected — ensuring the extension stays put. Still, an additional magnetic base, or the option to purchase extras separately, would add even more versatility around the home.

There are a few refinements Avolt could consider: a cable that’s slightly longer, and colour-matched cable management straps to elevate usability. The black finish also attracts fingerprints, but this is easily remedied with a quick wipe.

Delivery was efficient, the outer box easy to open, and the unboxing experience satisfying. Overall, this is an 8/10 product — functional yet aspirational. Avolt is fast earning its reputation as the “Apple of plug extensions,” and if this is a sign of what’s to come, I’ll be first in line for their next release.

I love how the cube looks on my desk and I'm quite happy with that, since it's very in the way of my eyes.
However, I find it quite pricey for what it is and likewise for the cables.
I am now considering also getting a usbc-c and lightining cable and that would be 50eur just for the matching color.
Regarding quality, I'm a little disappointed as well that the USB-C ports are only 30W and only 2. I would be happier to have at least one port with PD65W.

Let’s be honest it, extension cables were ugly until now. I have replaced ALL of my home cable with AVOLT. They a good quality and far more discrete.

Very happy with my purchase. Conveniently added power options without compromising on aesthetics. Simply took it out of the box, and it was already a beautiful color that blended into my decor. The magnetic base allows for easy, flexible mounting options.
